<p>Se folosesc cele mai ieftine legume. Sunt sanse sa le aveti deja in bucatarie!</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Varza &#8211; 350 g;</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>Morcovi &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>Sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Prajiti ceapa si morcovii taiati intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei vegetal pentru cateva minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati varza, caliti inca 2-3 minute .</p>

<p>Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.</p>

<p>Acoperiti cu un capac.</p>
<p>Reduceti focul la si fierbeti timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Raciti complet umplutura.</p>
<p>Cand umplutura s-a racit, incepeti sa pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Este foarte simplu si delicios!</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>Chefir &#8211; 400 ml;</p>
<p>Sare- 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 0,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale, chefirul, sarea si bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina cernuta si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Adaugati legumele racite si amestecati.</p>

<p>Unget tigaia cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Reduce caldura.</p>
<p>Intindeti o parte din aluat cu umplutura in tigaie.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un capac.</p>
<p>De indata ce aluatul nu mai este lichid deasupra, intoarceti-l si mai prajiti cateva minute.</p>

<p>Asa procedati cu tot aluatul.</p>
<p>Le puteti unge cu unt cat sunt inca fierbinti.</p>
<p>Umplutura poate fi din orice, adaugati ciuperci, branza, ierburi si chiar carne dupa gust!</p>
