<p>Pentru a gati pui tocat la cuptor avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pui tocat (50% file de pui, 50% coapse) &#8211; 1 kg</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc. (150 gr)</p>
<p>Usturoi &#8211; 2 cuisoare</p>
<p>Gris- 4 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte (sau apa) &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Ketchup &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>Ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Busuioc &#8211; ΒΌ lingurita</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Piper negru &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Tocam marunt ceapa, tocam usturoiul.</p>

<p>2. Adaugati ceapa, usturoiul, grisul, laptele, ketchup (1 lingura), ou, busuioc, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Se amesteca totul bine si se lasa la frigider 30 de minute pentru a umfla grisul.</p>
<p>4. Se transfera intr-un vas de copt in care am pus hartie de copt. Eu am folosit o tava pentru chec sau cozonac.</p>

<p>5. Coaceti la 190 de grade timp de aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>6. Ungeti partea superioara a ruladei cu 1 lingura de ketchup, trimiteti la coacere la 200-220 grade pentru inca 5 minute.</p>
<p>Checul cu carne tocata este gata.</p>
