<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>300 g de faina</p>
<p>250 ml iaurt grecesc sau kefir, smantana</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>50 ml ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>2 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>2-3 mere</p>
<p>coaja unei lamai</p>
<p>Forma tavii: diametru 21 cm</p>
<p>Timp si temperatura de coacere: 50 minute, 180 â</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu un mixer pana se omogenizeaza. Adaugati treptat zahar in acest proces.</p>
<p>Apoi combinati masa de oua cu iaurt.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul si coaja unei lamai. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina separat cu praful de copt. Apoi cerneti ingredientele uscate in doua sau trei abordari in masa. Se amesteca de fiecare data cu un mixer (sau cu un tel obisnuit).</p>
<p>Taiati fiecare mar in sferturi, apoi taiati-l in felii.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul intr-o forma.</p>

<p>Aranjati merele in cerc, apasandu-le putin in aluat si puteti coace. Asigurati-va ca acoperiti partea de jos a tavii cu hartie de copt.</p>
