<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Morcov 2 buc.</p>
<p>Rosie 1 buc.</p>
<p>Usturoi 2 catei</p>
<p>Carne de vita tocata 450 g</p>
<p>Sare 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Paprika 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Varza alba 450 g</p>
<p>Sos de rosii 250 ml</p>
<p>Patrunjel dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa cubulete si prajiti-o intr-o tigaie incalzita cu ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Se rad morcovii pe razatoarea grosiera, se adauga la ceapa si se prajesc impreuna.</p>
<p>Se rade si usturoiul cu legumele.</p>
<p>Taiati rosia in cuburi mici si adaugati-o la prajitul de legume, amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna carnea tocata, se adauga piper negru, sare, boia de ardei si sos de rosii.</p>

<p>Amestecati ingredientele si fierbeti-le la foc mic timp de o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Maruntiti varza si adaugati-o in farfurie.</p>

<p>Se amesteca bine si se fierbe in continuare inca 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se toaca patrunjelul si se orneaza vasul la servire.</p>
