<p>Din frunzele de varza puteti face un aperitiv destul de gustos care ii va incanta toti oaspetii. Pregatirea unui fel de mancare necesita o cantitate minima de ingrediente si de timp.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 varza</p>
<p>½ lingurita sare</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>4 linguri maioneza</p>
<p>3 linguri faina</p>
<p>condimente dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scoateti tulpina din varza.</p>
<p>Aduceti apa la fiert, adaugam sare.</p>
<p>Scufundati varza in apa clocotita timp de 3 minute.</p>
<p>Separati frunzele de capul de varza.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, bateti ouale si maioneza cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina, sare, condimente dupa gust. Pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Taiati frunzele de varza in 2-3 bucati.</p>
