<p>ceapa &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 20 g;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 4 linguri;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>Khmeli suneli &#8211; 2 lingurite;</p>
<p>piper negru &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>boia dulce &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>boia iute &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>Vin sau otet de mere &#8211; 3 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatam vinetele de coaja astfel incat sa obtinem un model „zebra”.</p>
<p>Adica alternam coaja si partea decojita a legumei.</p>
<p>Taiati vinetele in felii mici si adaugati sare intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt si se caleste pana se rumeneste intr-o tigaie cu ulei vegetal (75 ml).</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar la ceapa prajita si prajiti inca 2 minute.</p>
<p>Puneti ceapa intr-un recipient separat.</p>
<p>Stoarceti excesul de lichid din vinete si puneti-le intr-o tigaie cu uleiul vegetal ramas.</p>
<p>Prajiti usor vinetele, adaugati ceapa inapoi la ele si treceti cateii de usturoi printr-o presa si apoi adaugati-i in amestec.</p>

<p>Se toarna in amestec piper negru, boia dulce, boia iute.</p>
<p>Se fierb vinetele timp de 10 minute sub capac.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele, se adauga otet.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele si se fierb vinetele sub capac inca 5 minute.</p>
