<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalam vinetele, taiem capetele de pe ambele parti si le curatam, apoi le taiem pe lungime in doua jumatati.</p>
<p>Impartim fiecare parte in inca 2 bucati mari.</p>
<p>Taiati capetele de ceapa in jumatati de inele.</p>
<p>Apoi tocati catei de usturoi (puteti doar sa-l treceti prin presa), apoi incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie, intindeti legumele.</p>
<p>Se prajesc pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>Puneti bucatile prajite intr-un castron si lasati-le sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Aducem apa intr-o cratita la fierbere, adaugam zahar si sare, acestea ar trebui sa se dizolve complet.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati otetul, amestecati si opriti imediat aragazul.</p>
<p>Asezati un strat de vinete pe fundul vasului.</p>
<p>Presarati usturoi si inele de ceapa, precum si condimente dupa gust, umpleti vasul pana se termina ingredientele, adaugati marinada si apasati deasupra cu o incarcatura si asezati recipientul pentru 12 ore intr-un loc racoros.</p>

<p>Acum trebuie sa transferam vinetele in borcane pre-sterilizate &#8211; umpleti-le incepand cu ceapa, turnati deasupra restul marinadei.</p>

<p>Fierbeti borcanele timp de 10 minute, apoi rasuciti si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
