<p>usturoi 6 capete</p>
<h3>Pentru 1 borcan de 1 l:</h3>
<p>sare 1 lingura</p>
<p>zahar 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>sare de lamaie &#8211; o lingurita</p>
<p>otet de mere sau struguri &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala ardeiul si se taie in bucati de aproximativ 2 cm.</p>

<p>Se curata usturoiul.</p>

<p>Se pune o mana de usturoi pe fundul borcanului si apoi se umple cu ardei.</p>
<p>In fiecare borcan se pune o lingura de sare grunjoasa, jumatate de lingura de zahar, o lingurita de acid citric (sare de lamaie) si cate 100 ml otet.</p>

<p>Umplem apoi cu apa fierbinte fiecare borcan.</p>
<p>punem capacele, le strangem bine si intoarcem borcanele cu capacele in jos.</p>

<p>Punem o patura peste ele si le lasam sa se raceasca incet (20-24 h).</p>
<p>Le depozitam in beci sau camara.</p>
