<p>ð©ð³ Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1ï¸â£ Umplutura:<br />
Amesteca oul cu laptele, zaharul si amidonul. Adauga sucul de lamaie si gateste 2–3 minute pana se ingroasa, apoi mai lasa 1 minut.</p>
<p>2ï¸â£ Pune crema intr-un pos si lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>3ï¸â£ Aluat:<br />
Mixeaza ouale cu untul, zaharul si coaja de lamaie.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Adauga treptat faina amestecata cu praful de copt si framanta un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>5ï¸â£ Intinde aluatul intr-o foaie (aprox. 0,4 cm grosime) si taie-l in fasii late.</p>
<p>6ï¸â£ Pune crema pe jumatate din fiecare fasie, iar cealalta jumatate taie-o in fasii subtiri.</p>
<p>7ï¸â£ Acopera crema cu fasiile taiate si portioneaza bucati de aprox. 7 cm.</p>
<p>8ï¸â£ Aseaza-le in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>ð¥ Coace la 180°C timp de aproximativ 18 minute.</p>
<p>⨠Servire:<br />
Presara zahar pudra peste ele dupa ce s-au racit.</p>
<p>ð Fragede, aromate si perfecte langa o cafea!</p>
