<p>Veti avea nevoie si de 100-150 g de zmeura, proaspata sau congelata.</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata si untul la foc mic pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi cuptorul cu microunde.</p>
<p>Bat ouale cu zaharul timp de 5-7 minute intr-o masa pufoasa, stabila.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de ciocolata racit.</p>
<p>Am amestecat faina cu praful de copt si pudra de cacao.</p>
<p>Cerneti intr-un bol si amestecati cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Am intins jumatate din aluat intr-o forma si il nivelez.</p>

<p>Am o forma de 20*20 cm, acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Pun crema de branza obtinuta si apoi zmeura.</p>

<p>Am pus a doua jumatate de aluat intr-o punga si am pus-o pe zmeura.</p>
<p>Atat de convenabil, pentru ca aluatul este destul de gros.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi si o punga obisnuita de plastic.</p>
<p>Transferam forma la cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, si coacem 50-60 de minute, in functie de marimea formei.</p>
<p>Este important ca prajitura sa nu se usuce.</p>

<p>Verific starea de pregatire cu o scobitoare, ar trebui sa iasa umeda, dar fara resturile de aluat crud.</p>
