<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem laptele la fiert, adaugam sarea.</p>
<p>Separat batem smantana cu ouale. Pe masura ce laptele incepe sa fiarba, adaugam amestecul de smantana cu ou si lasam la fiert aproximativ 5 minute la foc mic.</p>
<p>Compozitia este separata de zer printr-o strecuratoare. Lasati sa curga tot lichidul.O puteti manca in cateva ore.</p>
<p>Daca adaugati putin turmenic, branza va deveni galbena.</p>
