<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Branza de vaca 750 g</p>
<p>Oua 5 buc.</p>
<p>Smantana 200 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 8 g</p>
<p>Gris 50 g</p>
<p>Zahar 150–180 g</p>
<p>Stafide 50 g</p>
<p>Faina de grau 1-2 lingurite</p>
<p>Coaja de lamaie 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati branza de vaci cu smantana, grisul, zaharul vanilat, coaja de lamaie si sare.</p>
<p>Se adauga galbenusurile separate de albusuri.</p>
<p>Amesteca ingredientele cu un blender pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Clatiti si uscati stafidele, apoi amestecati-le cu faina si turnati in masa de cas.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se lasa 15 minute pentru ca grisul sa se umfle.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma, adaugand zaharul putin cate putin.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa obtineti o spuma pufoasa si stabila.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor in aluat, introducandu-l in parti.</p>

<p>Tapetati cu hartie de copt o tava cu diametrul de 24 cm, ungeti partile laterale (detasabile) cu unt.</p>
<p>Daca folositi o tava obisnuita, stropiti-o cu gris sau faina.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul.</p>
<p>Coaceti masa de cas intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade timp de 60-70 de minute.</p>

<p>Lasati caserola finita sa se raceasca complet in cuptorul cu usa intredeschisa.</p>
