<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Cartofi mici &#8211; 700 g</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 lingurita si jumatate</p>
<p>Ceapa verde &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mozzarella &#8211; 115 g</p>
<p>Usturoi &#8211; 2 catei</p>
<p>Unt &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Ulei de masline &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Fulgi de chili &#8211; un sfert de lingurita</p>
<p>Piper negru macinat &#8211; un sfert de lingurita</p>
<p>Boia de ardei dulce &#8211; jumatate de lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii curatati intregi cu o lingurita de sare pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Tocati marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>Se rade grosier mozzarella si se toaca marunt usturoiul.</p>
<p>Scurgeti cartofii si puneti-i deoparte.</p>
<p>Se incinge untul intr-o tigaie si se adauga uleiul de masline.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati in tigaie usturoiul, fulgii de chili, piper negru macinat, ardeiul dulce macinat si amestecati bine amestecul.</p>

<p>Se adauga o jumatate de lingurita de sare si cartofii fierti.</p>
<p>Amestecati cu sosul si prajiti aproximativ 2 minute la foc mediu.</p>

<p>Adaugati la ceapa tocata si mozzarella rasa.</p>
<p>Prajiti totul sub capac timp de 2 minute pana se topeste branza.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea ati terminat si puteti servi felul de mancare.</p>
