<p>Morcovi &#8211; 1-2 bucati</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>Smantana &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Condimente dupa gust</p>
<p>Marar sau patrunjel proaspat dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se pun 600 g de varza taiata intr-un bol, se toarna apa clocotita peste ea, se acopera si se lasa 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Razuiti 1-2 morcovi pe razatoarea grosiera si caliti pana se inmoaie.</p>

<p>Scurgeti apa din varza, stoarceti-o bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati morcovi caliti, verdeata tocata, 350 g carne tocata in varza.</p>

<p>Adaugati condimente si amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 100 g de smantana, 3 oua, sare si condimente dupa gust.</p>

<p>Ungeti vasul de copt cu ulei vegetal si turnati umplutura.</p>

<p>Punem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C timp de 45-50 de minute.</p>
<p>O caserola delicioasa cu varza si carne tocata este gata.</p>
