<p>jumatate de cana de cacao</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>2 linguri de amidon</p>
<p>un pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>4 cani de apa</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>250 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul vanilat si zaharul. Amestecam pana cand ouale incep sa isi schimbe culoarea, sa se albeasca.</p>
<p>Adaugam apoi laptele, uleiul, faina, praful de copt si cacao. Amestecam cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul pregatit intr-o tava de 30 × 40 cm (am uns fundul cu unt) si se coace.</p>
<p>Coaceti la o temperatura de 180 de grade C timp de aproximativ o jumatate de ora.</p>

<p>Dupa coacere, punem intr-o cana de lapte fierbinte 3 linguri de cacao instant Nesquik, amestecam si insiropam blatul.</p>

<p>Pregatim crema: amestecam toate ingredientele, mai putin untul si smantana.</p>

<p>Toate ingredintele le punem la foc mic si amestecam pana se ingroasa. Dupa ce s-a facut, adaugam untul si amestecam.</p>
<p>Lasam crema sa se raceasca complet si apoi adaugam smantana. De data aceasta ar fi bine sa amestecam cu un mixer timp de cateva minute.</p>
<p>Punem crema peste blatul insiropat si o intindem uniform.</p>

<p>Bagam prajitura la frigider pentru 3 ore si apoi pregatim glazura.</p>
<p>Maruntim ciocolata si o punem la foc mic impreuan cu smantana. Amestecam pana se topeste ciocolata si o intindem uniform peste crema.</p>
