<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1,2 kg pui tocat (de preferinta pulpite dezosate)</p>
<p>2 buc ceapa (250g)</p>
<p>80-100 g paine alba + apa sau lapte 1 cana</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita piper negru macinat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita usturoi uscat</p>
<p>4 linguri marar proaspat</p>
<p>2 lingurite sare</p>
<p>60 g unt</p>
<p>ulei vegetal pentru prajire</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem painea in apa sau in lapte.</p>
<p>Amestecam carnea tocata cu ceapa taiata intr-un blender, daca nu detineti unul, o tocati foarte marunt, si painea stoarsa.</p>
<p>Condimentam dupa gust cu sare, piper, ierburi uscate sau proaspete.</p>
<p>Dam untul tare pe razatoare si amestecam cu restul compozitiei.</p>

<p>Formam aproximativ 16 chiftelute si le modelam cu mainile.</p>
