<p>unt rece &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>cacao pudra &#8211; 5 g</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 550 g</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>gris &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>seminte de mac &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>conserva de piersici &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati untul cu faina amestecata cu praful de copt si praful de cacao.</p>
<p>Amestecati galbenusurile si zaharul in amestec si formati un aluat, inveliti-l in folie alimentara si puneti-l la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Se amesteca branza de vaci cu zahar, zahar vanilat, ou, smantana, pudra de budinca si gris.</p>
<p>Puneti jumatate de crema deoparte si amestecati semintele de mac in cealalta jumatate.</p>
<p>Odata racit aluatul, umplem o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt cu jumatate din aluatul ras.</p>

<p>Apoi puneti tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C si coaceti aluatul timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Acoperiti apoi aluatul copt cu piersici feliate, pe care il acoperiti alternativ cu crema simpla si de mac.</p>

<p>Raziti aluatul ramas peste crema si coaceti desertul la 175 °C timp de 50 de minute.</p>

<p>Scoateti cheesecake-ul din forma si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
