<p>Lamaie &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Smantana &#8211; 6 linguri</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb -4 linguri</p>
<p>Mac &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Caise uscate &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Merisoare &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Stafide &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Alte fructe confiate &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati apa fierbinte peste fructele confiate taiate in bucatele si lasati-le timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Topiti 140 g unt.</p>
<p>Radeti coaja de lamaie si stoarceti sucul.</p>
<p>Frecati branza de vaci printr-o sita, de asemenea, o puteti macina intr-o masa omogena asemanatoare unei paste folosind un blender.</p>
<p>Amesteca branza de vaci cu untul topit, 4 linguri de smantana , zeama de lamaie si coaja.</p>
<p>Cel mai bine este sa faceti acest lucru cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Dupa ce amestecati bine, adaugati ouale pe rand, mixand dupa fiecare ou, reduceti viteza mixerului la minim.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidon, continuand sa bateti.</p>
<p>Masa trebuie sa fie omogena, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul de o parte timp de 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Acum luati aproximativ 6-7 linguri din aceeasi masa si amestecati-o cu seminte de mac macinate.</p>

<p>Adaugati fructe confiate si fructe uscate la masa de cas ramasa, distribuindu-le uniform.</p>
<p>Ungem cu unt si tapetam cu hartie de copt o tava pentru chec sau cozonac.</p>
<p>In primul rand, punem masa de cas cu fructe confiate si fructe uscate in tava.</p>
<p>Deasupra se pune amestecul de seminte de mac.</p>
<p>Coaceti aproximativ o ora (uneori dureaza putin mai mult) la 170–180 de grade.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul s-a racit putin, intoarcem tava astfel incat aluatul cu mac sa fie jos.</p>

<p>Ne-a ramas toata ciocolata, 2 linguri de smantana, 50-60 de grame de unt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul intr-o cratita si se topeste la foc mic pana cand amestecul este omogen.</p>
<p>Turnati fondantul peste prajitura si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
