<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 520 ml</p>
<p>faina de grau &#8211; 740 gr</p>
<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; 14 gr</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 gr</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 gr</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 2 lingurite rase</p>
<p>Dulceata &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, combinati 200 ml lapte si turnati 40 g faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Punem cratita pe foc mic si cu amestecare continua, infuzam aluatul aproximativ 2-3 minute pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Acum turnati restul de lapte (temperatura camerei) in bol si adaugati drojdia.</p>
<p>Pentru o mai buna activare a drojdiei, adaugati 2 linguri de zahar.</p>
<p>Lasam aluatul 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, aluatul va fi acoperit cu spuma.</p>

<p>Intr-un castron spargeti ouale (temperatura camerei), turnati untul caldut topit si amestecati.</p>

<p>Se adauga sare, zaharul ramas in faina cernuta si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul de ou-unt peste aluat.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu o folie si lasati-l sa creasca aproximativ 1-1,5 ore.</p>

<p>Imediat ce aluatul a crescut, incepem sa formam chiflele.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in bile egale.</p>
<p>Rotiti fiecare minge intr-un oval.</p>
<p>Puneti dulceata pe o margine a ovalului &#8211; cam o lingurita.</p>

<p>Infasurati partile laterale ale ovalului spre interior si rasuciti.</p>

<p>Obtineti forma unui cilindru.</p>
<p>Asezati chiflele modelate pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Lasati chiflele intr-un loc cald la crescut aproximativ 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Inainte de coacere, ungeti chiflele cu un ou batut.</p>
<p>Se coc in cuptorul preincalzit la 190 C pentru aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Scoateti chiflele finite din cuptor si acoperiti cu un prosop.</p>
<p>Lasati-le sa se raceasca timp de 15-20 de minute.</p>
