<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Cartofi 400 g;</p>
<p>Varza 500-600 g;</p>
<p>Ceapa 1-2 buc;</p>
<p>Ou 1 buc (mai mare);</p>
<p>Smantana 1-2 linguri;</p>
<p>Ulei 1 lingura;</p>
<p>Gris 2-3 linguri (in functie de densitatea carnii tocate);</p>
<p>Ulei pentru prajit, pesmet pentru pane, verdeata dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii pana sunt fierti, pasati cu o bucata de unt, raciti.</p>
<p>Piureul nu trebuie sa fie lichid.</p>
<p>Se fierbe varza.</p>
<p>Puteti pune varza intreaga la fiert.</p>
<p>Combinati: cartofi, varza taiata fin, ceapa prajita.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingura de smantana, bateti un ou.</p>
<p>Sare, piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga marar, ceapa verde &#8211; sau orice verdeata dupa gust.</p>
<p>Si – adaugati un ingredient care inlocuieste faina sau pesmetul: grisul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca varza, cartofii, ceapa, oul si grisul, verdeata, carne tocata.</p>

<p>Puneti la frigider pentru ca grisul sa se umfle, aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
