<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>400 g carne tocata</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>3 linguri de pesmet</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita de cimbru</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita piper negru macinat</p>
<p>2 lingurite boia dulce</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>Pentru aluatul de cartofi:</p>
<p>1 kg de cartofi</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>2 lingurite sare</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita piper negru macinat</p>
<p>100 g branza cheddar rasa</p>
<p>Pentru ambalare:</p>
<p>1 cana de faina</p>
<p>1 cana pesmet</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>1/2 lingura sare</p>
<p>Sos:</p>
<p>250 g de iaurt</p>
<p>1 lingura mustar</p>
<p>1 cutie de porumb fiert</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de usturoi</p>
<p>3 crengute de marar</p>
<p>boia de ardei iute</p>
<p>ketchup</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatim carnea tocata.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare si condimente, se adauga ceapa tocata marunt sau rasa, branza, pesmet, ulei.</p>
<p>La sfarsit, adaugam patrunjel si amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Din amestec facem chiftele alungite in maini.</p>

<p>Se prajesc intr-o tigaie pana devin aurii.</p>

<p>Amestecati cartofii fierti cu untul si branza rasa.</p>
<p>Asezonati cu sare si condimente.</p>
<p>Se amesteca un singur aluat de cartofi.</p>

<p>Invelim chiftelele intr-un aluat de cartofi.</p>

<p>Acum vom incheia.</p>
<p>Vom pregati trei boluri cu oua batute, faina si pesmet.</p>

<p>Invelim mai intai in faina, apoi in oua si la final in pesmet.</p>
<p>Se prajeste intr-o cantitate suficienta de ulei pana devin aurii.</p>

<p>Pentru dressing, amestecam toate ingredientele &#8211; iaurt, condimente, mustar, ierburi si porumb.</p>
<p>Chiftelele se servesc cu dressing de iaurt.</p>
