<p>Impartiti conopida in buchetele si apoi taiati-le in bucati mici.</p>
<p>O trimitem la fiert in apa clocotita putin sarata timp de 10-12 minute.</p>

<p>Scurgeti lichidul din varza.</p>

<p>Formam chiftelute rotunde din masa rezultata.</p>
<p>Rulati-le in pesmetul ramas si intindeti-le pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>
