<p>De ce vom avea nevoie:</p>
<p>450 g piept de pui</p>
<p>200 g morcovi</p>
<p>160 g cartofi</p>
<p>100 g ceapa</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>3 linguri de smantana</p>
<p>1 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>1 catel de usturoi</p>
<p>20 g patrunjel proaspat</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui cat mai fin.</p>

<p>Puneti morcovii, cartofii si ceapa razuite pe razatoare mica intr-un bol, apoi adaugati pieptul de pui tocat, ouale batute, smantana.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare, boia si apoi se adauga usturoiul presat, patrunjel proaspat tocat si la final se presara faina – se amesteca.</p>
<p>Incinge o tigaie unsa cu ulei vegetal si foloseste o lingura pentru a forma chiftele &#8211; se prajesc la foc mediu pana devin aurii pe ambele parti.</p>
