<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>carne tocata 600 g</p>
<p>ceapa 2 buc.</p>
<p>ou 1 buc.</p>
<p>smantana 180 g</p>
<p>branza 100 g</p>
<p>rosii 2 buc. sau pasta de rosii 2 linguri</p>
<p>usturoi 2 catei</p>
<p>sare, condimente dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Puenti carnea tocata intr-un bol.</p>
<p>2. Taiati ceapa in jumatati de inele, prajiti-o in ulei vegetal, apoi se macina intr-un blender.</p>
<p>3. Combinati carnea tocata, ceapa, condimentele, sarea, oul si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>4. Formati chiftele.</p>
<p>Se prajesc in ulei vegetal pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Puneti chiftelele obtinute intr-o tava.</p>
<p>5. Pentru sos.</p>
<p>Tocam rosiile marunt sau adaugam pasta de rosii int-un bol.</p>
<p>6. Adaugati smantana, sare, condimente.</p>
<p>7. Se toarna sosul obtinut pente chiftelele din tava.</p>

<p>Puneti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 C si coaceti timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa 10 minute scoateti tava si presarati cu branza.</p>
