<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>Varza &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>Chefir &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>Amidon &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Morcov &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tocati o jumatate de varza, apoi tocati marunt o ceapa.</p>
<p>Se rade morcovul pe razatoarea mare.</p>
<p>Punem ceapa intr-o tigaie incinsa cu ulei, apoi adaugati morcovul si amestecati cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Adaugati varza, acoperiti cu un capac si lasati la foc mediu pana se fierbe.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare si piper.</p>
<p>Se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Spargeti doua oua de pui intr-un bol si amestecati cu telul.</p>
<p>Adaugati chefir amestecat cu bicarbonat.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina si se amesteca aluatul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Combinati aluatul si varza inabusita.</p>

<p>Cu o lingura, intindeti amestecul in portii mici pe o tigaie incalzita cu ulei.</p>
