<p>300 g ciuperci</p>
<p>85 g faina universala</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1/4 lingurita piper negru</p>
<p>1/4 lingurita boia</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de usturoi</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita oregano uscat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>160 ml apa minerala</p>
<p>160 g pesmet</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru sos:</p>
<p>4 linguri sos chilli</p>
<p>3 linguri maioneza</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Intr-un castron de marime medie amestecati faina, sarea, piperul, boia de ardei, pudra de usturoi, oregano si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat apa, amestecand, pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul este prea lichid, mai puneti 1-2 linguri de faina, daca aluatul se ingroasa prea rau, adaugati 1-2 linguri de apa.</p>
<p>Taiati ciupercile in felii groase.</p>
<p>Inmuiati ciupercile in aluat, apoi acoperiti cu pesmet.</p>
<p>Incingeti uleiul intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Prajiti ciupercile timp de 1-2 minute, intoarceti si prajiti inca 1 minut, pana devin aurii si crocante.</p>
<p>Transferati pe un prosop de hartie pentru a se scurge excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Pregatiti sosul: amestecati chili cu maioneza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
