<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>Chefir &#8211; 350-400 ml;</p>
<p>Apa clocotita &#8211; 150-200;</p>
<p>Zahar 1 lingura;</p>
<p>Sare 0,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 0,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 1-1,5 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zahar si sare &#8211; nu pana cand nu devin foarte spumoase, ci pana cand apar bule.</p>
<p>Turnati apa clocotita in ouale batute intr-un jet subtire.</p>
<p>In timp ce adaugati apa, nu opriti amestecarea cu un tel sau mixer.</p>
<p>Se adauga chefirul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu bicarbonatul de sodiu, se adauga cu grija in aluat &#8211; in parti, amestecand.</p>
<p>In general, dupa ce adaugam faina, framantam aluatul si adaugam ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Nu trebuie sa lasati aluatul sa „stea” &#8211; ci se prajesc dupa 3-5 minute sau imediat.</p>

<p>Se toarna in tigaia preincalzita.</p>
<p>Se prajesc pana devin maroni.</p>
