<p>550 ml apa calda</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina printr-o sita intr-un castron adanc, adaugati grisul, turnati sare si zahar pudra, adaugati praful de copt si drojdia.</p>

<p>Se amesteca bine, se adauga apa.</p>
<p>Bateti masa cu un blender pana cand se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Lasati sa stea sub folie timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Incingeti putin ulei intr-o tigaie. Se toarna aluatul in portii si se prajesc clatitele pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
