<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>chefir &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu- 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 5-6 buc.</p>
<p>ceapa verde</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Spargeti 3 oua si adaugati sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>2. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>3. Adaug ati500 ml de chefir.</p>
<p>4. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>5. Se toarna o jumatate de lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu si se amesteca din nou totul.</p>
<p>6. Se toarna 400 g de faina si se amesteca pana nu mai raman cocoloase.</p>
<p>7. Adaugati doua linguri de ulei vegetal si amestecati din nou totul.</p>
<p>8. Tocam marunt ceapa verde si 6 oua fierte. Adaugati-le in aluat.</p>

<p>9. Am amestecat totul.</p>
<p>10. Se prajeste intr-o cantitate mica de ulei vegetal sub un capac inchis.</p>

<p>Sa servesc cu iaurt sau smantana.</p>
