<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati ardeii si taiati-i bucati mari.</p>

<p>A doua zi, tocati marunt usturoiul si amestecati-l cu patrunjelul.</p>
<p>Umpleti borcanele curate (9 borcane de 800 ml) cu ardei si adaugati usturoiul si patrunjelul.</p>

<p>Turnati lichidul in care a stat ardeiul, apoi inchideti cu un capac curat.</p>

<p>Odata ce da in clocot, reduceti focul si gatiti timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca in apa.</p>
