<p>Cornuletele cu miere vor deveni produse de patiserie preferate. Gatitul dureaza un timp minim.</p>

<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Miere &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 350 g</p>
<p>Prune uscate &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cornuletele pot fi preparate cu alte umpluturi. De asemenea, vor fi delicioase cu nuci, stafide sau caise uscate.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, puneti doua oua. Se adauga zaharul si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Daca doriti sa obtineti cornulete mai dulci, atunci adaugati mai mult zahar, dar nu mai mult de sase linguri.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul topit si racit, mierea si bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza complet.</p>
<p>Apoi cerneti faina si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>In functie de calitatea fainii in sine, este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai putin sau de mai mult.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul, puneti-l la frigider pentru 20-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Spalati prunele si taiati cubulete sau pregatiti orice umplutura doriti.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, intindeti aluatul intr-un strat subtire rotund gros de aproximativ 3 mm.</p>
<p>Taiati in segmente. Rezulta aproximativ 16 triunghiuri.</p>

<p>Distribuiti umplutura si intoarceti cornuletele in mod obisnuit.</p>

<p>Coaceti pentru aproximativ 15 minute la 180 de grade pana se rumenesc.</p>
