doar partea alba &rpar;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>4-5 catei usturoi<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>2 galbenusuri<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>250 ml smantana fermentata<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>otet dupa gust &lpar;cca 50 ml&rpar;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>3 l apa<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>sare<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>patrunjel<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Mod de preparare- Ciorba radauteana<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Se spala carnea si se fierb bucatile pentru cca 30 de secunde intr-o oala cu apa clocotita&period; Le scoatem din oala&comma; le spalam sub un jet de apa rece si le punem la fiert intr-o oala curata in care am adaugat 3 l de apa fierbinte&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dupa cca 15 minute&comma; adaugam telina&comma; morcovii&comma; pastarnacul&comma; partea alba a prazului taiata in bucati de 3-4 cm&period; Acoperim oala cu un capac si lasam supa sa fiarba pe foc mic spre mediu pentru cca 1 ora sau pana cand carnea se desprinde de pe oase&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Strecuram ciorba&comma; eliminam pielita de pe pulpe si piept si taiem carnea in suvite subtiri&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Taiem morcovii&comma; telina si pastarnacul in patratele mici&comma; iar prazul il aruncam&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Punem din nou ciorba in oala&comma; adaugam carnea si legumele si o mai dam intr-un clocot dupa care stingem focul si o lasam sa se racoreasca putin&comma; cca 10 minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Intr-un vas separat&comma; amestecam galbenusurile cu smantana&period; Adaugam peste ele un polonic din supa radauteana fierbinte&comma; amestecam bine si adaugam amestecul in oala cu supa&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Atentie&excl; Nu vom adauga niciodata smantana si galbenusurile direct in supa care fierbe deorece&comma;
