<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>capsuni proaspete &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>mascarpone &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>piscoturi &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna frisca intr-un bol, se adauga mascarpone si se bate intr-o crema tare.</p>
<p>Adaugati in crema capsunile taiate cubulete mici si amestecati-le.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati laptele intr-un alt vas.</p>
<p>Inmuiati piscoturile in lapte si tapetati cu ele fundul unei forme de 30×20 cm.</p>
<p>Intindeti apoi amestecul de frisca, mascarpone si capsuni pe toata suprafata.</p>

<p>Puneti un alt strat de piscoturi inmuiate cu lapte deasupra.</p>

<p>Transferati prajitura la frigider si lasati-o sa se odihneasca cel putin 6 ore.</p>
<p>Inainte de servire se presara cu zahar pudra, apoi se taie si se poate servi.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi capsuni proaspete ca decor in farfurie.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pe langa capsuni, puteti folosi si alte fructe populare, precum cirese, zmeura, coacaze, mure, afine sau piersici.</p>
