<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 dovlecei,</p>
<p>1 lingura de sare,</p>
<p>3 rosii,</p>
<p>250 de grame de mozzarella,</p>
<p>ierburi uscate.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalam dovleceii, il uscam, taiem capetele si le taiem in cercuri transversale groase de 1 centimetru, dar nu il taiem complet pentru ca cercurile sa nu se destrame.</p>
<p>Apoi se adauga sare deasupra si intre taieturi.</p>
<p>Lasati-l sa stea aproximativ 15 minute, astfel incat sarea sa fie absorbita.</p>

<p>Intre timp, taiati rosiile si mozzarella in felii subtiri.</p>
<p>Spalam dovleceii si punem cate o bucata de mozzarella si rosie in fiecare taietura.</p>
<p>Puneti-i intr-un vas de copt, presarati cu ierburiĀ si dati-i la cuptor pentru 40 de minute la 200 de grade.</p>
