<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati dovleceii in felii de aproximativ 1,5 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Coaja de la dovlecei poate fi indepartata sau lasata. Totul depinde de modul in care va place si de cat de tineri sunt dovleceii.</p>
<p>Faceti o gaura in centrul fiecarui cerc cu un cutit sau un instrument special. Nu aruncati bucatile de dovlecei, va vor fi de folos.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt. Macinati mijlocul dovleceilor intr-un blender si adaugati-i apoi intr-un bol cu carnea tocata si ceapa.</p>

<p>Adaugati sare, piper si amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava de copt cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Aranjati dovleceii si asezati putina carne deasupra.</p>

<p>Taiati rosiile felii subtiri. Aranjati pe fiecare dovlecei.</p>
<p>Coaceti dovleceii 25 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti din cuptor si presarati cu branza rasa.</p>
<p>Se coace la cuptor inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Asta este tot.</p>
<p>Nu este necesar sa utilizati exact ingredientele enumerate in reteta. Le puteti inlocui cu altele.</p>
<p>De exemplu, puiul tocat poate fi inlocuit cu carne de porc si rosii cu vinete sau ardei.</p>
<p>Simtiti-va liber sa experimentati si veti avea un fel de mancare minunat.</p>
