<p>Ingredinete:</p>
<p>700 g de dovlecei,</p>
<p>4 linguri de suc de lamaie,</p>
<p>o lingurita de sare,</p>
<p>o lingurita de zahar,</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi,</p>
<p>ierburi dupa gust, de exemplu marar, patrunjel etc,</p>
<p>4 linguri de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Reteta in sine este foarte simpla.</p>
<p>Spalam dovleceii, scoatem tulpinile si ii taiem cu un cutit in felii subtiri, de aproximativ un centimetru grosime.</p>

<p>Prajiti-le pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc in ulei de masline.</p>

<p>Acum puneti usturoiul tocat si verdeata intr-un castron, stoarceti acolo sucul de lamaie, adaugati sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Puteti experimenta putin in aceasta etapa &#8211; incercati, de exemplu, sa adaugati chili pentru a fi putin picant.</p>
<p>Punem dovleceii prajiti intr-un recipient de sticla, saram fiecare strat si ungem cu amestecul de ierburi.</p>
