<p>Ingrediente pentru dovlecel in aluat:</p>
<p>Dovlecel &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>Chefir &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 4 linguri;</p>
<p>Usturoi &#8211; 2 catei.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiem dovlecelul in bucati mari, apoi in felii subtiri de 2-3 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Se presara feliile de dovlecel cu sare, se lasa 5 minute pana isi lasa apa.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, combinati ouale cu chefir si faina.</p>
<p>Dam cativa catei de usturoi printr-o presa in aluat, amestecam.</p>
<p>Incingem uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Dam feliile de dovlecel mai intai in faina, apoi in aluat.</p>

<p>Mutam feliile de dovlecel in ulei vegetal incins, prajim la foc mediu pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Dupa gatire, va sfatuim sa transferati dovleceii pe un prosop de hartie pentru a scapa de excesul de ulei.</p>
