<p>faina &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, amestecati apa cu untul, zaharul si sarea.</p>
<p>Puneti cratita la foc mediu, topiti untul.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina in amestecul fierbinte rezultat, se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>La foc mediu, intr-o cratita, uscati aluatul timp de 1,5 minute, amestecand constant.</p>
<p>Apoi, transferati aluatul intr-un bol si intindeti-l pe toata suprafata.</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale pe rand in bol, batand de fiecare data pana cand amestecul este omogen.</p>
<p>In acest moment, puneti cuptorul sa se incalzeasca la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Mutam aluatul intr-o punga de patiserie cu duza de 1,5 cm.</p>
<p>Din aluat cream bucatele mici de fursecuri pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Coacem la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 35 de minute.</p>

<p>Turnati zahar pudra si zahar vanilat intr-un castron cu branza de vaci, turnati 100 ml lapte.</p>
<p>Bateti masa de cas cu un blender submersibil pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati frisca in crema, continuati sa bateti cu mixerul pana devine pufoasa.</p>

<p>Perforam piesa de prelucrat din lateral cu un bat, stoarcem crema de cas inauntru.</p>
