<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>120 ml apa fierbinte</p>
<p>120 ml ulei</p>
<p>280 g de faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet de praf de copt</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>50 g gem la alegere</p>
<p>100 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, amestecati apa clocotita, uleiul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din faina si se amesteca cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat restul de faina si framantati cu mana pana obtineti un aluat fin, moale, nelipicios si usor de modelat.</p>

<p>Rupeti bilele de aluat, aplatizati-le in palma si umpleti-le cu gem.</p>

<p>Resigilati si modelati bilutele, apoi aranjati-le pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Coaceti-le in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Cat timp fursecurile sunt calde, rulati-le in zahar pudra.</p>
