<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>60 ml suc de portocale</p>
<p>125 g iaurt</p>
<p>coaja de la o portocala</p>
<p>6 g praf de copt</p>
<p>280 g faina</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>zahar + zahar vanilat +scortisoara pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca oul, sarea si uleiul cu sucul de portocala intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugam iaurtul si coaja de portocala si amestecam.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol separat amestecam faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecam faina in portii cu restul aluatului.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul intr-o punga si taiem coltul.</p>

<p>Se incinge ulei intr-o cratita si apoi taiem cu foarfeca aluatul la dimensiunile dorite.</p>

<p>Se prajesc pana devin aurii si apoi le punem pe prosoape de hartie pentru a scapa de excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Le dam prin zahar amestecat cu zahar pudra si putina scortioasa.</p>
