<p>Usturoi 4-5 catei</p>
<p>Ardei rosu 1 buc.</p>
<p>Apa 1 l</p>
<p>Sare 2 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala rosiile, se usuca si se taie tulpinile.</p>
<p>Taiati fiecare rosie intr-un model incrucisat fara a o taia complet.</p>

<p>Se dizolva in apa 2 linguri de sare si se aduce la fierbere.</p>
<p>Toati marunt toate verdeturile, ardeiul rosu si usturoiul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cu o lingurita, umpleti bucatile de rosii cu verdeturi, apasand usor pentru a intra mai multa umplutura.</p>

<p>Puneti gogonelele intr-un castron sau o oala mica, se toarna saramura astfel incat sa acopere complet rosiile.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu o farfurie plata sau un capac deasupra si puneti ceva greu deasupra.</p>

<p>Se lasa la temperatura camerei 2-3 zile sa fermenteze, apoi se muta intr-un loc rece timp de 7-10 zile.</p>
