<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>300 ml de chefir</p>
<p>1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>250 -300 faina</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna chefirul intr-un castron sau intr-o cratita mica.</p>
<p>Se adauga bicarbonat de sodiu si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Dupa 1-2 minute, adaugati zahar, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati sare, vanilie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina, framantati un aluat gros cu un tel.</p>

<p>Se prajesc clatitele in ulei de floarea soarelui fierbinte pana devin aurii pe fiecare parte.</p>
<p>Transferati pe un prosop de hartie pentru a indeparta excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Se servesc cu smantana, gem sau miere.</p>
