<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 1 pahar (300 ml),</p>
<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; 2 lingurite,</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 2 linguri,</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita lingurita,</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 2 cani</p>
<p>ulei vegetal pentru prajit,</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Important : atunci cand framantati aluatul, masurati apa si faina intr-un pahar (de acelasi volum).</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati drojdia uscata in apa calda si asteptati sa se dizolve.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si sare, amestecati.</p>

<p>Cerneti faina si amestecati cu o furculita.</p>

<p>Aluatul va fi mediu gros si lipicios.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un prosop si lasati 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati din nou cu o furculita si lasati aluatul la crescut (timp de 40 de minute).</p>

<p>Ungeti-va mainile cu ulei vegetal, framantam aluatul si il transferam pe masa (il ungem si usor cu ulei) sau pe un covor de silicon.</p>
<p>Impartiti in 10-12 parti, rulati in bile.</p>

<p>Formam gogosile: facem o gaura in mijlocul bilei, intindem aluatul in lateral si rasucim in acelasi timp.</p>
<p>Prajiti gogosile intr-o cantitate mare de ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Asezati-le la distanta, astfel incat sa nu se lipeasca.</p>
<p>Se prajeste pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>In uleiul fierbinte, gogosile vor creste si vor deveni pufoase.</p>
<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
