<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>apa de la catofii fierti &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>drojdie &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 30 ml + pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatam cartofii, ii taiem bucatele si ii punem la fiert cu putina sare pana se inmoaie.</p>

<p>Scurgeti apa, dar puneti 100 de mililitri intr-o cana.</p>
<p>Cand apa este calduta, adaugati zahar si drojdie uscata si activati drojdia.</p>
<p>Pisati cartofii intr-un piure.</p>
<p>Adaugati la el drojdia si galbenusurile de ou si amestecati totul.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti jumatate din faina in bol si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se presara apoi cealalta jumatate si se ruleaza aluatul.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati ulei si faceti o minge din aluat.</p>
<p>Se acopera si se lasa sa creasca timp de o ora.</p>

<p>Ungeti un sucitor cu putin ulei si intindeti aluatul.</p>

<p>Impartiti-l in aproximativ 20 de parti egale.</p>

<p>Puteti sa va ungeti mainile pentru a preveni lipirea lor.</p>

<p>Faceti bile din bucatile individuale de aluat si apoi modelati-le in chiftelute.</p>
<p>Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie si se prajesc chiftelele in el pe ambele parti pana devin frumos aurii.</p>
