<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>Aluat (pentru 21 de cornuri):</p>
<p>Lapte cald &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Drojdie proaspata &#8211; 25 gr (10 &#8211; 11 g drojdie uscata)</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 bucati</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 220 gr</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 1 kg (+ -, in functie de consistenta aluatului)</p>
<p>Unt moale &#8211; 180 gr</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>Lapte condensat fiert (sau crema de caramel) &#8211; 320 g sau orice fel de gem, ciocolata etc.</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>Unt moale &#8211; 80 gr</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 150 gr (5 linguri)</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 50 gr (2 linguri)</p>
<p>In partea de sus:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia in laptele cald si se adauga zaharul, se lasa sa stea 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare, 3 oua si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul este suficient de dens, adaugam unt, il transferam pe un blat presarat cu faina si il framantam- dureaza aproximativ 5 minute pentru a crea un aluat suplu si flexibil.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul intr-un loc cald (nu uitati sa acoperiti cu un prosop sau cu folie alimentara).</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura amestecand toate ingredientele.</p>

<p>Se amesteca aluatul de aluat, formandu-l intr-o forma alungita. Taiati in bucati si formati painici.</p>

<p>Lasati painile la crescut acoperite.</p>
<p>Rulati fiecare piesa in forma de cilindru, inveliti o lingurita de frimituri de unt, putina crema de caramel pe o margine si infasurati.</p>

<p>Asezam rolele pe o tava unsa cu ulei si o lasam sa creasca pentru scurt timp.</p>

<p>Se perie cu ou batut si se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit.</p>

<p>Coaceti pana devine auriu (la 170 de grade pentru aproximativ 30-40 de minute).</p>
