<p>paine &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>branza tare sau cascaval &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>marar &#8211; 1 legatura</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se inmoaie painea in lapte si se lasa putin.</p>
<p>Amestecam carnea tocata de porc si vita si puiul tocat, adaugam painea direct cu lapte, ceapa tocata, sare, piper negru si amestecam totul cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intr-o farfurie separata, punem branza data pe razatoare, smantana, ouale si adaugati marar tocat.</p>

<p>Amestecam totul.</p>
<p>Cu mainile rulam o bila de carne tocata, de marimea unui mar si o punem pe o tava de copt unsa cu ulei vegetal, formand un cuib, faceti o gaura in el.</p>
<p>Apoi, asezati umplutura cu ou in aceasta gaura.</p>
