<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc .;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g + 1 lingura;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 60 ml;</p>
<p>portocala &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 12 g;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati bine portocala si uscati-o.</p>
<p>Taiati portocala in jumatate.</p>
<p>Strangeti sucul dintr-o parte si radeti coaja, taiati cealalta jumatate in cercuri subtiri.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu un varf de sare, apoi adaugati zaharul si amestecati pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de portocala in aluat, adaugati uleiul si sucul de portocale, amestecati.</p>
<p>Introduceti faina cernuta cu praful de copt si faceti un aluat gros.</p>
<p>Asezati cercuri portocalii pe fundul tavii, ungeti cu unt si zahar, apoi varsati aluatul.</p>
<p>Se coace la 180 C timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti aluatul finit din tava si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
