<p>Faina de grau 1 kg</p>
<p>Unt 160 g</p>
<p>Lapte 530 ml</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 3 linguri</p>
<p>Miere 2 linguri</p>
<p>Branza de vaci 1 kg</p>
<p>Stafide 150-200 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti cu mixerul 3 oua, 120 g zahar si 0,5 lingurite zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Masa ar trebui sa se dubleze.</p>
<p>Se amesteca drojdia, 1 lingura zahar si 1 lingura faina.</p>
<p>Adaugati 100 g de unt topit si 500 ml de lapte cald, amestecati.</p>
<p>Apoi combinati cu masa de oua.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei de floarea soarelui si se adauga 500 g de faina, se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se adauga mierea, se amesteca si se adauga faina ramasa.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul timp de 10-15 minute pana nu se mai lipeste de maini.</p>
<p>Se acopera si se lasa la cald 1 ora.</p>
<p>Se amesteca branza de vaci cu 180 g zahar, 2 lingurite zahar vanilat, 4 oua, 2 albusuri si 60 g unt moale.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa clocotita peste stafide si se lasa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in jumatate si rulati fiecare bucata intr-un dreptunghi subtire.</p>
<p>Intindeti umplutura de cas si stropiti cu stafide.</p>
<p>Rasuciti rulada, prindeti marginile si taiati-o in bucati cu un fir de ata.</p>

<p>Puneti produsele pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt, se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa 10 minute.</p>
<p>Bateti 2 galbenusuri cu 2 linguri de lapte si periati chiflele.</p>
<p>Se trimite apoi la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 25-30 de minute.</p>
