<p>12 g drojdie presata (sau 4 g uscata)</p>
<p>+ 90 g unt moale</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>50 g zahar</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>10 g unt</p>
<p>20 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>160 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar vanilat</p>
<p>30 g stafide</p>
<p>+ marmelada, gem, ciocolata etc.</p>
<p>+ 1 galbenus si 1/2 lingurita lapte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia si 1 lingurita de zahar in laptele cald, o las 10 minute.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron amestecati zaharul, sarea si oul, le bat cu telul.</p>
<p>Am turnat solutia de drojdie si amestec, apoi adaug faina.</p>
<p>Cand faina este incorporata, adaug untul.</p>
<p>Aluatul va fi vascos, framantati-l timp de 7-10 minute (5-7 minute la mixer).</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-un bol uns cu unt si acoperiti.</p>
<p>Il las la crescut 1 -1,5 ore.</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>Incalzesc laptele.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul, zaharul vanilat si amidonul.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul si amestecati cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele fierbinte intr-un jet subtire.</p>
<p>In timp ce amestecati constant cu un tel, aduceti amestecul la fiert si gatiti 1 minut.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie alimenatra si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Cand s-a racit crema, amestec stafidele.</p>
<p>Marmelada trebuie taiata in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul finit in 6 parti a cate 85-90 g, veti obtine 6 chifle.</p>

<p>Il intindem cu un sucitor cat mai subtire pana devine transparent.</p>

<p>Asez melcii la distanta unul de celalalt, cresc foarte mult in dimensiune.</p>

<p>Pornesc cuptorul sa se incalzeasca la 180°C.</p>
<p>Inainte de coacere, amestecati galbenusul cu 1/2 lingurita. lapte si ungeti chiflele.</p>

<p>Coaceti chiflele la 180°C timp de 25 de minute.</p>

<p>Le las la racit si le stropesc cu zahar pudra cat sunt inca calde.</p>
