<p>– 1 lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>– ulei pentru prajit</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol adanc, amestecati ouale, iaurtul sau smantana si sarea pana obtineti un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina si bicarbonatul de sodiu, apoi framantati un aluat moale, usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca 10 minute, acoperit cu un prosop de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Pe o suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina, rasturnati aluatul si intindeti-l cu un sucitor intr-o foaie cu grosimea de 0,5 pana la 1 cm.</p>

<p>Taiati aluatul in forme de romb sau alte forme, dupa cum doriti.</p>
<p>Folosind o furculita, faceti cateva gauri in suprafata fiecarei bucati.</p>

<p>Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Prajiti cateva minute pe ambele parti, pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>Scoateti din tigaie si asezati pe hartie absorbanta pentru a scurge excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Serviti-le calde cu iaurt, branza sau orice altceva doriti.</p>
